Telegram notification

In Domoticz you will be able to use Telegram in notification settings. Go to Setup -> Settings -> Notifications

To get an API key, talk to @BotFather bot. When your bot is created you will be able to have your API key.

To get you chat ID, talk to @get_id_bot
