Rtl 433

An RTL-SDR USB dongle together with rtl_433 allows Domoticz to receive data from cheap 433Mhz devices.

librtlsdr is a library which converts a cheap DVB-T TV tuner dongle to a software defined radio receiver.

rtl_433 is an application using librtlsdr to decode the data from wireless sensors (433.92MHz)

Hardware

osmocom lists compatible DVB dongles.

rtl-srd.com sells dongle and antenna bundles for SDR use.
